Tom's Refurbishments

Like most hobbyists, I am a one man band that does the absolute best I can to provide you with a quality product. Most of the time, I meet that expectation (at least that is what I have been told and/or led to believe). However, there are times when I don't and these are the times where I really need to know. I print a couple dozen parts in any batch and pack each and every one myself when they're purchased. On most occasions, I catch bad prints and they go in the bin. Some unfortunately look fine to the naked eye, but not up close.

If you are ever unhappy with anything you receive from me, let me know ASAP so I can fix it and make things right.

Please note, no item produced by Tom's Refurbishments is to be considdered as 100% accurate (also known as "screen accurate"), as all parts produced are designed and made using artistic licence with references taken from published plans and reference images.

Shipping

Orders are processed for shippjng twice a week, in the evenings on Sunday and Wednesday for dispatch the following day (bank holidays excluded where orders will be dispatched the following working day). Orders placed asfter 17:00 on these days will not be processed until the following processing day. All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 with tracking number supplied for each order.

Multiple orders placed within the same processing period will not be combined or discounted. Please be sure to have all items present in your cart before completing your order to avoid dissappointment.
